This compact tool is very useful, and practical It allows to draw any kind of object, thanks at several drawing tools that it offers, it is useful also to know the color scale, Colorimeter tool, of any stored image on own IOS device and at last to take notes on the fly, thanks a basic included text editor. Drawing functionality: in the drawing area it is possible to draw in free hand mode, lines, rectangles circles, ellipses and filled shapes, by choosing any thickness and color. At first impact, only five colors are shown, by acting on the vertical button bar placed on the upper right of the app. By accessing to a custom color palette it is possible to customize color and transparency of the drawn objects and/or shapes. When the color palette is shown, it is possible also to see the RGB to CMYK color conversion. The entire content of drawing area can be saved in the camera roll of the used IOS device and successively can be recalled in order to modify the saved work. By importing from the camera roll it is possible to modify also any existing stored image. Colorimeter functionality: thanks at this feature it possible to read RGB color scale on any pixel of any recalled image from Camera roll. This function is very useful for painters and/or photographers; in fact, making a photo it is possible to know the colors of all the pixels of the processed image. For example it is possible to make a photo of a wall and consequently it is possible to know the color, in RGB scale, acting on the custom color palette and performing the CMYK color conversion, you can know the color of the wall. The knowledge of the true color of an object and/or of an image depends by its exposure at a light source. If it is desirable to draw with accuracy is possible to enable x/y cursors and a grid in the drawing area, with the numerical x/y numerical value indicator. The lines grid spacing, both vertical and horizontal, can be varied; in fact, it is possible to show only vertical lines of the grid or only horizontal lines of the grid, as the rows of a notebook. Text notes functionality: sometimes could be useful to take notes, quickly, without using another app, for this circumstances, Memo Paint incorporates a text editor, with basic functions. When this feature is enabled only a single line text editor appears, but there is no limitation. When the text exceeds a single line, the editor automatically resizes its appearance by adding other lines. When is ended to take notes it is sufficient to press newly the Text Editor button and all the notes are automatically saved and you return in drawing modality. The incorporated text editor gives also the possibility to insert the edited text in the drawing area; in this case the same text that appears in the text editor is drawn in the drawing area, by choosing the font size and the its color, in the same manner when drawing tools are used.
